Somatic Movement

Somatic Work is about getting to know the frozen parts of self, in order to find a more integrated, and therefore, liberated and true, version of you. Yoga is a perfect, harmonious modality to this, offering structure for an exploratory journey within. As you’re guided to move through the many layers of protection and conditioning we’ve all built up (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically), you begin sweetly, playfully, and accessibly peeling back these layers, gaining access to your true source of connection, joy and freedom that lives within your own body.

Yoga literally means to "yolk" or "unite.”
Practicing yoga "unites" your internal and external world,
mind and body, head and heart, to live a balanced, healthy, abundant, meaningful, joyful, passionate, loving life.

PRIVATE SESSIONS:
Private somatic yoga sessions are customized to address the individual needs with lots of supportive, masterful hands-on adjustments. 1:1 sessions are available both in-person in Wilmington, NC and virtually over Zoom.



CORPORATE OFFERINGS:

Even on the best days, stress can prevent teams and individuals from being fully focused and doing their best work, and too much of it can lead to burnout, disengagement, more sick days, and strained relationships in the workplace.
Custom group corporate offerings are available, which may also combine a blend of yoga, behavior coaching, meditation, team exercises, for a holistic workshop experience.

IN-STUDIO CLASSES & GROUPS:

Kelley teaches public group classes at Pineapple Studios in Wilmington, NC.
Sign up for pay-what-you-can somatic movement classes Wednesdays at 9am.
Or book a private group yoga experience - for celebrations, retreats, birthdays, bachelorette/bachelor/weddings, local pop-up events. Kelley will either bring the class to your desired space, or, option to meet Kelley at her studio in Wilmington. Options to have a custom blend of meditation, yoga, somatic movement, and even partner/group-specific practices.
