A year’s worth of embodied self-discovery to nourish your nervous system, build unbreakable trust with yourself, fuel your creativity and become head over heels in love with your own life.

A guided pathway to end trying to fix yourself, and begin being yourself, authentically, expressively, confidently

Imagine…

  • Holding your morning coffee, taking a deep exhale, and smiling with excitement for the day ahead

  • Feeling so whole, that every relationship adds to the already full life you’re living

  • Smiling back at yourself in the mirror, because you’ve committed to your growth and your goals, and you’re proud to be really walking the walk

  • Remembering your inherent creativity, that often gets dimmed in adulthood, so your life can feel like art, and you can focus on being, rather than doing

  • Knowing you’re tapped into a larger communal field of people who are eager to grow, to learn, to rise

  • Checking your phone and instead of scrolling, are able to plug into a full library that better aligns with the you you want to be

  • Loving all the parts of yourself so your confidence is unleashed and you’re fully authentic in who you are

  • Embodying radiant magnetism, because of how easeful it feels to be in your own skin

Imagine meeting an old friend after years apart,
except that friend is you. And she’s been there all along.

Your pathway to a lit up life:

This process is broken down into 4 season parts:

  • Person with bare feet walking on wet sand near the water, wearing a long light-colored dress.

    Fall: Find Your Footing

Strengthen the foundation of your own embodiment by forming a connection between your head and your heart through felt experiences and practices as the foundation to your journey to deep self intimacy, and powerful self trust.

  • A woman with shoulder-length hair standing by the ocean, with her arm raised, wearing a white dress, during sunset.

    Winter: Befriend the Unknown

When everything is unknown, anything is possible. Embrace the inevitable, learn to create comfort in uncomfortable moments and rely on your body’s wisdom, even in the darkness, to proactively equip yourself.

  • A woman in a light-colored dress standing on a beach, with her head tilted back and her hand on her face, smiling against the backdrop of a clear blue sky.

    Spring: Rebloom

Come out of hibernation and begin to rebloom. You'll step into the confident, regal, glowy parts of you that are authentic and innate, so can live AS them, with easeful expression.

  • Close-up of a person’s hand and arm resting on sand at the beach, with the hand slightly digging into the sand, and person wearing a light-colored, long-sleeved shirt.

    Summer: Full Body Flow

Connect to your ripe artistry to let go of production-based creativity, and explore pure, authentic flow. Learn to create from trust and turn your life into art.

Sara

A woman in a black jumpsuit holding a champagne bottle, standing inside a modern, bright room next to a potted plant and a gold bar cart with glassware.
  • Sara, a multi-million dollar business owner, came to me feeling lost and unable to hear her own voice. She knew she needed to deepen her relationship with herself, rather than read another book, or listen to another podcast.

After our time together, she found it far easier to calm down and re-anchor:

"Kelley held space for me, helped me drop the anxiety and get grounded into the present, and led me back to my truth.
I feel as though I'm walking away from our work together far more in tune with myself, what I desire, and most importantly, that I get to have those desires without struggle.”

Amit

A woman with dark hair wearing a white blouse, beige checkered pants, and gold jewelry, standing against a rocky background.
  • Amit I was struggling with balancing everything in my life and feeling like she was drowning in it all.
She learned to stop doubting herself, and start reconnecting to herself -

"Rather than feeling overwhelmed, I go through challenges very much rooted with both my feet on the ground and connected to myself. It is as if I finally have my own back. Like I am here with myself for anything that comes up, rather than running away.

I developed a connection to myself I never thought possible. "

Kara

  • Kara was going through transitions - a new city, a new business, and taking her relationship to the next level.

She wanted to become more in tune with her body in order to more authentically navigate her life and biz.

"I'm more relaxed, less judgmental, and more confident in living my life at the pace that feels most comfortable to me, instead of always trying to be "productive" as defined in our society.

The best part was the ability to be completely open and vulnerable in a safe space."

Meet Kelley Hoag, M.S.

I used to cry on the treadmill at Equinox.

I just started my business, was hosting brunches for female entrepreneurs, in a new relationship with a guy in a band, and in theory, reached peak coolness and was living my chic Manhattan dream. Except my spark was out.

I was only at Equinox because the membership felt like a status symbol and I was on the treadmill to make up for the Van Leeuwen from the night prior. I was living in my head, so instead of feeling alive, I was dimmed, afraid to be alone, trying to constantly fix, understand and change.

Until, like a gift directly from God, I was introduced to somatic work. It took me beyond meditation apps and podcasts about attachment theory, and instead, guided me right in, to peel back the layers of myself, where I found my own answers, and met my parts that were begging for attention, asking to be heard, and waiting to be accepted.

That’s what I’m here to help you with.

Because I know what it’s like to feel guided by fear, doubt and scarcity, and to turn into into truth, faith and desire.

And how I know my method of Somatic Behavioral Embodiment, that's practice-based and body-forward, teaching my clients how to be expressively themselves, without second guessing if they're too much or not enough, is the way out.

It's the same method that allowed me to feel completely self-trusting. Enough to follow my pleasure to move across the country to somewhere brand new, follow my dream of becoming a yoga teacher,  follow my passion for bringing this work to as many lives as I can touch and follow my purpose by inviting you into this program to help you do the same -
To create a life so authentically rooted in who you are, where you’re easily able make both small decisions; where to go to dinner, whether to go to workout or stay home and rest, to big decisions; moving across the country to a beach town you’re in love with, or ending the relationship that you know in your heart isn’t the right one.

All so you feel overflowing with an abundance of love, for yourself, from your people, and so wildly joyfully, playfully and pleasurably in awe of your own life.

You’re getting unique access to the same practices, process and expertise drawn from my 10+ years of experience with hundreds of clients, my degrees and certifications in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Integrative Somatic Parts work, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery (MRT) Training, and 200+ hr yoga training, plus the lived embodied experiences and wisdom of my own life’s journey.
