Hi! I’m Kelley and I’m a Behavioral Health Advisor

My passion is helping you make habit changes towards a healthier, happier life…
that will actually stick!

Do you feel like you know how to be healthy but just can’t seem to get yourself there?
I hear ya.

Health is tricky. It can be overwhelming, triggering and confusing. Trust me, I know. I’ve been there myself.
I’ve dabbled in my fair share of fad diets, extreme workouts, tumultuous relationships and career rollercoasters. But I’ve gotten to the other side in a way that’s sustainable and effortless, and so can you! All it takes is a bit of personalized guidance to align you with where we want to be, how we want to feel and the action steps to get there. Once we break it down, the overwhelm disappears and excitement shines through!

Root to Rise is about creating your own path to wellness. Ditch diets & tune in. It's about learning the tools that work for you.

Together we'll create an action plan rooted in both Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Integrative Nutrition.

ABA is an evidence-based approach to understanding behaviors with the goal of creating sustainable habit changes and getting rid of outdated behavior patterns.

Integrative Nutrition is a multi-faceted and all-encompassing evolution in health, involving not only what you eat, but your relationships, physical activity, spiritual practices and career fulfillment.

Think health coaching, elevated.

Root to Rise finds the harmony between the scientific approach of ABA and a holistic, intuitive path to health by creating habits that allow the roots of change to take hold and your highest self to rise through.
