Q: Do I have to live in NYC to work together?

A: Nope - I have clients all over the world! Sessions are typically done over the phone or Skype to make health coaching as accessible as possible.

Q: How/why are you qualified to do this?

A: I’ve gone through my fair share of disordered eating, fitness struggles, mindfulness challenges and career rollercoasters. I speak from a place of authenticity, always (honesty and transparency are fundamental components of this partnership).

If my educational background is of interest, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Purchase College and my Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. Additionally, I received my Integrative Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Q: What if I just want a meal plan?

A: I am always happy to discuss other options than what I offer on my services page. From meal plans, to grocery store tours, I do offer additional services as well as payment options. Fill out this form and let’s discuss!

A: Great Q. I am not a Registered Dietician, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Doctor or Licensed Therapist. I will always refer out to my network of professionals whom I trust whole-heartedly if I believe your needs are beyond the scope of my practice. Additionally, if I know of someone who I think you would have greater benefits from working with, I am happy to make that introduction.
