The Best Vegan Ice Cream EVER

This is not a drill.
I've made a lot of vegan ice cream in my day and this is by far the best. I had to share it!

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk

  • 1 tbs cashew butter

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional- cacao nibs to top

I used organic canned coconut milk for this and Califia Farms unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I love this brand because they have minimal ingredients and are budget friendly. I always get unsweetened cus no thanks to added sugars- this is gonna be sweet enough.

I also specifically used Artisana Organic Cashew Butter . I would normally say use whatever nut butter you prefer but I think the cashew butter made it. Only other one I would suggest would be the pecan flavor. Just trust me.

All you need to do is throw the ingredients in your blender or magic bullet and you're good to go. Top it with the cacao nibs, extra cashew butter, cinnamon or whatever else you're into.
