3 Ways to To Simply Make You Smile

Grab a pen or write 'em down on your phone, but take 5 minutes to boost your mood. You deserve it.

  1. Write down 3 good things that happened today. Now write down why they happened.

  2. Think of someone who has done something important for you whom you have never thanked.
    Write them a letter. describing exactly what they did and how it positively impacted you.
    Be specific.
    Write and rewrite, really spend time on this.
    If you are able to send this letter to the person, do so, if you want an added experience of powerful human connection, meet with them and read the letter to them face to face.

    Now write down additional ways you can use these strengths.
    Be specific.
    Commit to using your strengths throughout the week.
